The Fandomentals Last Minute TTRPG Gift Guide 2026

Dungeons & Dragons: Welcome To The Hellfire Club

Publisher: Wizards of the Coast

MSRP: $49.99

Tis the season for Stranger Things! With Part Two of the final season out on Christmas Eve and the finale on New Year’s, D&D’s big tie-in box is a great choice for both Stranger Things fans and the D&D fan who might want something a little retro. While it obviously uses a lot of the imagery from the show it wraps it up in a cool 80’s D&D vibe complete with classic character sheets and neon colors. It contains a series of adventures written in character by the late, great Eddie Munson and has everything you need to join the Hellfire Club on one final journey

Starfinder Murder In Metal City

Publisher: Paizo

MSRP: $39.99

Starfinder Murder In Metal City

We got a chance to check out the release of Murder In Metal City at Gen Con and, like Welcome to the Hellfire Club, it’s a great all-in-one package to help people get into Starfinder. Unlike a lot of “Beginner Box”-style releases, Murder In Metal city is really meant as something you experience like a murder mystery. The story is never abandoned for the sake of teaching. But with a new Starfinder Edition out it’s the perfect time to dive back in!

Many Worlds Tavern Coffee

Maybe I’m repeating myself from previous gift lists, but I will never stop recommending Many Worlds Tavern coffee to D&D fans or, really, anyone who just like a good cup of joe. I wanted to give a shout out this year to the Looking Glass and Lamp’s Light coffee series. Both of them are single origin and sourced from unique and interesting growers. This is serious coffee. Lamp’s Light trends towards light roasts with fruity notes (something I love) while Looking Glass are a little darker, with richer notes and a heavier body. Anything from them is worth a try and with that art? It remains a standout in the sometimes crowded field of tabletop caffeination.

Field Guide To Cozy Dragons Bundle

Publisher: Hit Point Press

MSRP: $99.99 USD

Field Guide To Cozy Dragons Bundle

You can throw a rock and hit something at Hit Point worth gifting this season. But The Floral Guide To Dragons is one of their best releases and something you can happily even give to someone who…just likes dragons. The Coloring Book and puzzles are fantastic additions (or again, standaloneS) thanks to Kin Walds amazing art taking center stage.

Mr. Potato Head Beholder

Publisher: Wizkids

MSRP: $24.99

Mr. Potato Head Beholder

I’m not sure what the stats are for Mr. Potato Head, but it turns out he makes a heck of a good Beholder. The same size as a regular Beholder mini from the Icons of the Realm series (three inches tall and sits on a 50-millimeter clear plastic base), this special little collectible comes with an appropriately huge selection of eyes, accessories, and spells that you can mix and match as needed. And really, more Beholders should wear bowler hats.

I Have the High Ground Premium Set

Publisher: Jumpgate Games

MSRP: $45.00

I Have the High Ground Premium Set

Give the gift of Indie TTRPG’s with anything from Indie Press Revolution. But if we had to pick ONE thing we love most, it’s Jess Levine’s I Have The High Ground, a rules-light and GMless game centered around using the inherent tension and passion of fencing to tell stories. This edition comes with custom dice, tokens for tracking movement, and a great burlap sack to keep it all together (which is kind of becoming an Indie TTRPG trademark).

Ultimate RPG Worldbuilding Deck

Publisher: Adams Media

MSRP: $18.88

Ultimate RPG Worldbuilding Deck

A new version James D’Amato’s book of the same name, The Ultimate RPG Worldbuilding deck is perfect for the GM or writer in your life that needs some inspo. Not only is it a great way to learn and grow your abilities as a worldbuilder, the cards let you mix and match different things and help create some truly unique (or strange) worlds to send your adventurer’s through.

For The Dice Goblins

We couldn’t narrow it down, so here’s three dice makers worth checking out for the people in your life that never can get enough shiny math rocks.

Interstellar Dice

Astrophysicist Erika (seriously, she has a Phd) makes some truly unique dice sets with both creative colors and shapes that I’ve not seen much of before. Our faves? The Daggerheart D12s and the Chiral D6’s, but don’t sleep on some of her “chonker” d20s.

Fennek & Finch Dice Co.

From outer space to the cozy outdoors, we have Fennek & Finch. Therin makes a lot of really neat dice from traditional resin to metal to gemstone and wood. We like the Coffee Bean Dice (good pairing with a Many Worlds Tavern bag perhaps?) and the Amanita Mushrooms and Moss set, which are basically a must have for the druid in your life.

GrimStylesArt

Finally, we wanted to recommend GrimStylesArt, who’s got two really cool things in their shop. First are a line of fandom d20’s (see the Chainsaw Man one above) with lots of unique little shout outs to the properties it’s referencing. And second are their “twisted” dice, which are strange and sometimes psychedelic versions of usual dice shapes.
