Ladies First Interviews TGIF/F

Elizabeth and Gretchen sat down to talk with John and Leah, two of the organizers for TGIFemslash, the ultimate gal pal convention!

Taking place April 7-9th, 2017 in Los Angeles, TGIFemslash is a multifandom femslash convention centered around women loving women relationships in media, both in canon and outside of it. This small, intimate con is designed to foster friendships, build connections, spark conversations, and, most of all, celebrate the fandoms, ships, and media we love! Check out their programming if you don’t believe how good this is going to be.

In this interview, John and Leah describe how TGIFemslash came to be, what they’re looking forward to most, and dish on their favorite femslash ships. But that’s not all! There were lots of goodies and good conversation to be had, so take a listen.

Since the interview, TGIFemslash has announced the winners of the single fandom panels to be discussed at the con, which were voted on by registered attendees. Congratulations Legend of Korra, Supergirl, Wynonna Earp, and Steven Universe! (Ladies First’s very own co-host Gretchen will actually be moderating the SU panel!)
